Or you could just have your brain wired in a way like mine where you literally just do not care about any kind of rejection or opinion of people you don't know.

If a girl gives you the obvious signals that she's attracted to you, then approach her. Not rocket science. Girls are easy af nowadawys. They're attention wh0ring online, but in real life are easier than ever. If they are attracted to you, of course.
