Medication can reduce the viral load of HIV to undetectable. If she's willing to pay for PrEP maybe I'd consider it. Zero risk unless you're having unprotected anal sex with her...

If OP meant the bad HSV, idk tbh.

If OP meant any kind of HIV, hell no no matter what. Don't care about the science/meds, even if it's confirmed not transferable, trusting a sloot to be consistent with anything (even birth control pills) is a risk in itself.
