A Montreal neo-Nazi who was found guilty of wilfully promoting hatred against Jewish people has been sentenced 15 months in jail and three years of probation — one of the harshest sentences given for the crime in Canada, according to Quebec court Judge Manlio Del Negro.

Gabriel Sohier-Chaput, 36, authored hundreds of articles and some podcasts in the far-right publication The Daily Stormer under the pseudonym "Charles Zeiger." He was found guilty in the Court of Quebec on Jan. 23.

In July, the Crown and defence had jointly recommended Sohier-Chaput be sentenced to three months in jail with two years of probation — a recommendation Quebec court Judge Manlio Del Negro said "trivialized" the severity of the crime.

I'd like to make a different kind of argument here, because I really don't like to rely on scientific arguments to defend concepts that really should be common sense. Debating obscure scientific facts when talking about something as simple as fundamental as racial differences is counter productive, in the same sense that it would be silly to confront someone who claims humans can breathe water by quoting biology textbooks. If he thinks he can breathe underwater, then he just needs to try and see how that works out. In the same way, if you think there are no racial differences, try and live your life under that assumption and see how that turns out for you.

Of course, this is a non-issue, because everyone acts as if races existed, especially liberals. We all treat whites differently from blacks, treat arabs differently than Chinese. We have different expectations from those people, consciously or not, so you can't honestly claim that there's no racial differences. It's just common sense. The real argument that liberals use is that differences are based on learned behavior rather than inherent traits. Basically, all human babies are born equal, and they develop differently based on their environment. This is of course also a ridiculous concept.

We can all see that children inherit traits from their parents. Some people are born tall, some short, some are born frail, others big, some with big noses, others small, some with good eyesight, others poor, and so on. The same is true with animals, who all are different from each other, even in the same race (subspecies). And we know very well that the personalities (mental characteristics) of animals are also transmitted by blood, since we use this phenomenon to breed domesticated animals. If animals didn't inherit mental traits, we would never have transformed the fierce Auroch into the gentle cow, or the wild wolf into the loyal dog. And in a more extreme fashion, we couldn't have breed specific races of dogs that have extreme mental traits like the golden retriever know for his great patience and gentleness, or the pit bull known for his unpredictable aggressive temper.

It would be ridiculous to claim that all animals on earth function in one way (mental and physical traits transmitted by blood) and humans for some reason function in a different way (all humans equal, differences only explained by upbringing).

Then the next argument is "sure, there are human differences, and they are transmitted by blood, but you can't divide humanity by race, every human is unique". This is also silly. Obviously, if differences are inherited by blood, then group which are geographically separated will form distinct family groups and will tend to pass on different traits. This will lead to differentiation between different groups. This can actually happen quite quickly - we know by experience that we can breed new races of dogs and other animals in 50 years or so, and the recent and well known example of the Siberian foxes showed that a new domesticated species can be created in less than 100 years of selective breeding. Human groups have been separated for many thousands of years. So basic logic an common sense dictates that they would develop into different breeds.

So all that being said, claiming that races don't exist is basically like claiming that the inside of the earth is inhabited by a race of violent pig-men. Just saying "hey guys, 99% of our genes are the same, so races don't exist lol" is not a valid excuse for rejecting the notion of human races. It's a ridiculous notion, so the burden of proof is not on us to prove that races exist, it's on the marxists to prove that common sense, our life experience, all basic biology and history is wrong somehow.

Most modern commercial law, as well as english common law, is a product of jewish pressure on the english. What's called commercial law today is a distilled form of moral cancer applied to human interactions on a grand scale.

Before this corruption, most commerce simply couldn't be reduced to numbers (ie. money). For example, it would have been impossible to put a monetary value on a plot of land, because land was tied up into ancient traditions. The peasant family tending it couldn't simply be removed from there, as they had acquired the right to be there, even though they didn't "own" the land. The lord who was responsible for the land couldn't sell it, as it was tied to feudal obligations (ie. he had to fight under the banner of a king or duke when necessary). In other words, important things were tied into webs of duties, rights and obligations that transcended generations, and any change in those things were grave and complex events that involved agreements between several lords and permissions from kings, dukes, baron, etc.

In such systems, jews have limited ability to fleece either people or nobles (land, castles and other valuables couldn't be seized if someone defaults on a debt, making moneylending a very risky business). Thus jews have worked to convert all land and property duties into monetary duties, making commerce a business of paper and numbers, not of blood and honor. This vicious system enables a lot of the **** we see today. It has to go.
