Try mixing Ibuprofen or Alleve and Tylenol. Normal dosage of each. Ibuprofen and Alleve are anti-inflammatory and Tylenol is a pain killer. Don't mix two anti-inflamatories but you can do thst plus Tylenol and it's ok.
