Proof deadlift doesn't build muscle (vid)

This little asian twink pulls 250kg at ~72kg bodyweight and doesn't look like he lifts at all. Stop wasting your time with deadlift. Srs.

Yes, a random video of an Asian kid posted by a self-proclaimed incel is definitely all the proof we need.

Thanks for clarifying, OP.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*

How many times have you heard gymtards claiming deadlifts build a massive back? Indeed, that's all the proof you need to realize that it doesn't. It's one lift that's most reliant on your leverage out of all exercises you could do in the gym (long arms & short torso, etc).

OP telling us he doesn’t lift, without actually typing the words “I don’t lift”.

It's a cope lift, never seen someone with a big bench or a big squat be small.same can't be said for deads

Also sumo is super cringe. Powerlifting feds should ban it,or at least make an exclusive division for sumo or something

Are you implying that some lifts are better than others at growing different parts of the body? Deadlift, like all other lifts, are a tool to build a physique/gain strength. Some are better than others but to say dead lift is worthless for muscular hypertrophy is a horrible take.

Deadlift is a horrible lift for muscular hypertrophy ESPECIAlLLY if you are built for deadlift (long arms with short torso). Because it's all leverage at that point.

Deadlifts build muscle, showing a guy doing one rep max is not going to build muscle, you gotta do reps to build muscle

the Trap Bar deadlift helped me put on muscle mass during my days playign football. I didnt lift heavy though just do some reps with good form

The point is it's MUCH rare to see someone squatting 250kg (550 lbs) while being a skinny ***got. Skinnycels pulling over 500 lbs are a dime a dozen.
