install a RO system underneath the sink with a mineral filter included. Or just buy bottled, I think that way is easier to avoid the filter replacements or tank replacements

brita makes a pitcher you just fill with water, need to replace the filter like once every 2-3 months. Just leave a box of 10 under the sink
