Do back sets count as a bicep set?

Same with chest to tricep.

Say you’re aiming for 10 sets per muscle group a week. Do your rows and lat Pulldowns count as bicep sets? Or should I do 10 sets of isolated biceps a week?

What IS this? A LIFTING question on the Misc?

I, for one have never counted sets for back or chest to include the arms. Direct arm work is too much fun anyway as is working them through their range of motion.

nope, each muscle group gets its own program.

Compared to direct, isolated bicep exercises, imo, there isn’t enough tension on the biceps muscles through your typical back exercises; the only exception would be chin-ups (reverse-grip pull ups).
