Companies have been parading this inclusivity thing for a while because they're testing the waters on what demographics are the most productive while being paid less

White males are very often paid more and demand more for their skills than other demographics

This. You're effectively paid the same as a tradie in Canada as they were in the 90s. If not less because of inflation. Tradies making 30 /hour in the 90s are still making 30 /hour. They want to keep that going even ramp it up if they can.

Anything it takes to hollow out the middle class, so we just have an elite managerial class and brown serfs who know their place and work for a slave wage. No mobility either, that's racist/sexist/populist/homophobic/transphobic etc. The elite will live in the old neighborhoods in mansions while the serfs live (and better yet rent) in box apartments.

That is progressive Canada.

I'll tell you why whites aren't gonna make it. 1st, whites are the ones making these policies. Second, you can just say you're a chomo or something and boom, you qualify, but it seems you didn't think of that.
