I grew up in the country music business srs.

My dad is in the Country Music Hall of Fame. He's written some of the most iconic songs in country music history and he's one of the most successful record producers in the business as well. His first hit song was in 1982, and he still has hit songs today.

Same for my little brother srs. He's written a number of hit songs and is a top producer.

And my (female) cousin is a top manager.

That said, I listen to some, especially the stuff my family is involved in. But not too much.

My dad wrote one of those songs. I won't tell you which one (at least not publicly), but yeah. I went to a George Strait #1 party for one of those songs as a teenager and met George Strait.
