Did you guys notice changes as you were progressing in your near late 20s?
My jaw grew and my voice is more low pitched and my shoulder are more broader. I am the same body fat yet I weight more without putting on much muscle. Should I got for a physicians opinion?

Age 29 is when i noticed aging on my face with
Lines around my lips and eyes.
Weirdly enough it seems as if I maintain more muscle these days even without being consistent in the gym. Also see a pretty dramatic change in muscle size after only one session when i do go.

ChatGPT says yeah see a doctor.
I am not a medical professional, but I can offer some general information that may be helpful.
The symptoms you described, such as jaw growth, a lower-pitched voice, broader shoulders, and weight gain without significant muscle increase, can be indicative of several potential issues. It's important for the individual to consult with a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. Some possible explanations for these symptoms could include:
1. OP is a P H A G G O T.
2. Normal Physiological Changes: Some of these changes may be part of the normal growth and development process in males, especially in their late teens and early twenties. This can include changes in facial structure, voice pitch, and muscle development due to hormonal changes during puberty and early adulthood.
3. Hormonal Imbalance: Hormonal imbalances, such as an excess of testosterone or growth hormone, could potentially lead to these symptoms. Conditions like acromegaly (excessive growth hormone production) or hormonal disorders should be considered and evaluated by a physician.
4. Medication or Substance Use: Certain medications or substances, including anabolic steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs, can lead to muscle growth and changes in body composition. It's important to discuss any medication or substance use with a healthcare provider.
5. Other Medical Conditions: There could be underlying medical conditions, such as tumors affecting the pituitary gland or adrenal glands, that might result in hormonal imbalances and physical changes. These conditions require a thorough medical assessment.
It's essential for the individual to schedule an appointment with a physician or endocrinologist to undergo a comprehensive evaluation, including a medical history, physical examination, and possibly laboratory tests or imaging studies, to determine the underlying cause of these symptoms. A healthcare professional will be able to provide a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment or further testing if necessary. This information is provided for general guidance, and a healthcare provider's opinion is crucial in this case.

Your bone structure as a man is going to change until 43, that's where the "old man strength" comes from & they're physically carrying more mass than their 23 year old selves
You're aging a bit prematurely, most shouldn't see any facial lines until 35-40, likely too much sun exposure and/or drugs/alcohol

Yeah i experienced those things in my early twenties. Grew almost an inch, got broader, denser, and more manly.
