SRIRACHA sauce is the key for caloric reduction.

I never thought much about SRIRACHA sauce - but I like potato - plain potato is not edible.... But you can add SRIRACHA instead of BUTTER.... This effectively reduces it by 100-200 calories.

You can also use SRIRACHA in place of BBQ sauce for meat dipping.

I use it on eggs, too.

It works on rice, too.

fuark.... Getting shredded on EZ mode.

It’s less calories than butter, I guess is what the OP is saying. Less than barbecue sauce too.

So it’s less calorie option of getting good whole food sources of macros down your gullet, stuff that is usually bland and hard to eat.

So it the sriracha fits into OP macros, why would he avoid? Plus, sugar is preferable to HFCS found in barbecue sauces.

Frank’s is OK for wings. Mix it with melted butter and slather on wings. VOILA!

Sriracha is just a bomb-ass sauce in general

Frikin dip cheese into it, you wanna get your protein in? You’ll eat a while fukin brick of cheese in no time.

NEWSFLASH: Butter makes you shredded. Protip, use in conjunction with coconut oil. Calories don't stop you from being lean. Keto is not a conspiracy theory. "It doesn't provide enough energy!" BULLF*CKING****. Learn to pound 10-15 grams of real salt per day. Get enough potassium (avocados). Throw in an electrolyte powder. You'll mogg 99.9% of the misc.

I’m supposed to limit sodium intake due to my
Liver disease

But bro I think certain diets work well for different people. I feel awful on a keto diet, for example.

Myron, Myron. Louisiana ain’t bad either.

The mainstream sauces are simple and consistent. There’s some fancy-ass sauces out there with 12-15 ingredients and you can’t really actually use them for food. Or they’re so goddamn hot you look like a retard during get togethers eating food with them.

yeah ive tried some of the obscure stuff like "death sauce" which was bout 20$ for a bottle. more of a thick paste too. did not like, was to extreme even at small amounts. hate the stuff that basically burns your tounge and makes you sweat. no thanks jeff.

Unless you are literally getting on stage to compete and look a certain way for 1 day, maybe even just a few hours, condiments on your food are of no concerns.

Keto is sh!t. Any diet that eliminates a natural food source is retarded IMO. For longevity and health, a balanced diet full of fruits and vegetables with lean protein will always be superior. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

I used to add hot sauce to my food when dieting to prevent me from overeating. Unfortunately, as I got older I had heart burn and my stomach couldn't handle spicy foods anymore. And my butthole had 3rd degree burns when going to the bathroom.

Plus we evolved to eat fruits, starchy vegetables, roots and tubers, legumes, grasses.

Obvi you don’t wanna get a ton of anything refined. But whole food sources are always a good option.

On Keto I can’t eat fruit, beans, potatoes, most veggies? Lol??? I can’t eat fruit???? LOL

Bro we evolved to be able to process sugar in the form of an apple. Your body doesn’t process the sugar in an apple in the same way it processes the sugar in a snickers bar. That’s not a good comparison.

Our frikin ancestors ate anything they could possibly get their hands on. That includes foods that contain sugars.

Yes I understand the different qualities kf sugar I'm just pointing out a lot of people feast on a dozen apples and they think that's healthy and it's not.

The health benefits of an apple are real but like anything else only when used property

WTF are you even talking about?

If one were to eat a dozen apples, they'd literally sh!t themselves and have diarrhea. Where if someone would eat 12 snicker bars, their blood sugar would skyrocket and they'd have inflammation. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

A quarter of it is sugar per your grams per tbsp above.

Btw, the concern with sugar is not calories but what eating sugar does. Also, why tf would someone put sugar on their eggs? I know people like ketchup on them also, just seems odd to put sugar on everything.
