I mean real gang members not posers that dress like rappers

In an ideal world maybe. Has nothing tk do with rappers but just the general thug gang member yeah but the problem with that is once you start taking away rughts,freedoms and liberties it sets a dangerous precedent because it opens the door for more and more to be taken away.

History lesson on gangs and the state of our society

In the early 1970s there was not a gang problem the small gangs that were around in New York and other major cities the local police always had under control. They were a nuances but not a big deal.

At that tome there were two small gangs in California with maybe 20-30 members in each. When the war on drugs was started. Those two gangs grew. (Same as with the al canon's and lucianos)

That problem was about to be nipped on the bud toll the war started

Now those two small gangs have members in the millions and are in every single state of the union. Drive byes,robbery,murder,corruption, women,chikdren6,law enforcement die each day combating this problem and it grew to these proportions all thanks to the war on drugs.


Drugs are the worse evil mankind must face. They will destroy your life. In every way possible but prohibition doesn't just destroy the individuals life its destroys life on a very large scale daily. Day in and day out

Problem is where do you draw the line. In reality a gang is just an organization that commits illegal activities. And it is a crime to do those illegal activities and they get arrested for them. But you're talking about the act or becoming an organization is now illegal.

Not sure this is really feasible. In b4 just use your judgment to kn ow which organizations are worthy of being a crime and which are not. Nah bro you're giving judges way too much power if that's the case.

I've come to find most people bring their own woes in life . There are always exceptions to that' but in general it's a safe bet
