how much is you paying for gas each week currently?

Well I've only got a 12 gallon tank and my commute isn't too bad, I fill up every 2 weeks. To fill my tank its about $80, but I also only use premium gas

Yeah, i'm in San Diego. Those prices are actually not that bad compared to Los Angeles where they're paying bout .50c more per gallon.

nah just don't have a car atm, do everything by bike or on foot

if necessary I can always fix a car

- just say you're gonna be designated driver and you can get anywhere lol (srs - degen alcoholic friends smh)
- if need be I can always borrow a car and then I fill the tank, but this very rarely happens

and I can afford one, it would just seem retarded to do so for the limit use it'll get from me

Yep its a military town so it tends to lean more conservative than not. Although as a California city its still got its fair share of liberal leaning folks.

In terms of food, San Diego is pretty hard to beat. No hate on texas (I'd go there off and on when I lived in NM) but "texmex" is a joke compared to authentic mexican food from a food truck out here.

Also, Farmers Markets here sell fresh fish caught from the ocean which is really nice especially when coming from a land locked state.

another odd positive of living here is my car batteries last a really long time. When I was in NM, I'd be lucky to get 3 years out of a battery due to the fluctuations in the seasons, but here, where climate only fluctuates +/-15-20 degrees (from 75) throughout the calendar year, my battery lasts forever.
