Increased my free T by 70% in 4 months
Mid June I had total T 789, free T 65.1 (pg/ml)
Last week got updates, 950 total, 111.4 free.
I'm almost 33. Both tests taken at 8am.
Been hitting the weights, focusing on eating better foods (less processed, more protein), quite caffeine and started low dosing tadalafil. Been hypothesized that tadalafil can help with T:E ratios.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1683....gov/16839328/
SHBG is still fukking high, but has come down from 87 to 79 nmol/L. All my thyroid markers are right in mid-range, so I don't have hyperthyroidism/graves. I've read a lot of bringing this down and it doesn't seem possible without TRT.
For Brahs with similar stats, what was your E2 at? What else should I be looking at?

I have Total, Free, SHBG, DHEA and E2. Not sure how to determine if they did it correctly or not.

BTW how do you like tadalafil? I just got a script for it myself, plan to take it for pre workout.

only microdosing tadalafil, but its been very noticable. First 2 weeks felt like someone was squeezing my balls and my right knee hurt bad, because it apparently can cause blood to pool in certain areas. I don't use it as a pre.

High SHBG is correlated with longevity. I would say if your T and Free T is high, I would keep SHBG where it is.

Unfortunately I didn't get E2 tested in June, so I don't know what my baseline was.Cialis was probably the main pusher. 70% is huge.

Free T was on the very low range back in June. I was .87% when males should be closer to 2%. If my SHBG was so high, it makes sense that more of my test was bound to it, giving me less free. Have had low libido and energy last couple years and I think SHBG is the culprit. Slowly making progress and turning things around.

EDIT: If you have total, SHBG and Albumin you can calculate it
