buy 1/2 to 1 pound of fresh salmon with skin - farm raised (no Asia), add salt and pepper, preheat air fryer at 400, air fry fish at 400 for 6 minutes with skin side UP. eat the skin too - Omega 3s. add fresh sweet potato and broccoli.
