Just in: Zelensky worried!
Absolutely NO shame in his game jack!
"There is a risk that international attention will turn away from Ukraine amid the Israel-Gaza war."
“We are certain that Russia is supporting, in one way or another, Hamas operations”, Zelenskyy said in an interview with the France 2 television channel. “Russia is really trying to carry out destabilising actions all over the world.”
Zelenskyy added violence engulfing Israel and Gaza threatened to distract the focus from the war in his own country.“There is a risk that international attention will turn away from Ukraine, and that will have consequences.”
The tragedies affecting Ukraine and Israel “are different but both are immense”, he said.
....
Consequences....

It's a hot night. The mind races. You think about your knife: the only friend who hasn't betrayed you, the only friend who won't be dead by sunup. Sleep tight mates, in your quilted chambray night shirts.

That means Ukraine can handle shiit themselves and don't need our help then. Isn't that right.

I cant think of many countries that would be making progress after 2 years of all that. Fact is either russia is much stronger than we thought or we are much weaker
For context the men/equipment russia destroyed just in zaporhyze exceeds the entire british military

If she travelled there the media would have reported it, because the media always report things harmful to the narrative like Hunter's laptop.

KYIV, Oct 11 (Reuters) - Ukraine received a $1.15 billion grant from the United States on Wednesday as part of the PEACE in Ukraine program, the Ukrainian finance ministry said.
The PEACE (Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance) in Ukraine project has been the World Bank's flagship financing instrument for Kyiv during Russia's war on Ukraine.
"In 2023, Ukraine has already received $10.9 billion in direct budget support from the United States in the form of grants," the finance ministry said.

Zelensky is already feeling like a jilted lover. Poor, wittle Zesnsky. Someone get him a tub of Ben and Jerry's.

Seriously though, from the onset, a percentage of whatever we sent over the border just... didn't make it to the intended recipients. Now, theysupposedlytightened things up, but I have my doubts on that one.
From a military standpoint, there aren't a lot of articles that contradict the narrative by openly discussing reasons for Ukraine's failure to gain traction, particularly the latest offensive, but I found these two that offer an interesting perspective.

I'm bit tired so pardon to summary, but basically the training given to the Ukrainians is not matching up with the realities posed on the battlefield, inadequate equipment/supplies, and their tactics aren't working like trying to break through Russian lines. Russia also has air superiority and better topography in contrast to the flatter lands of Ukraine, which makes them sitting targets. The latter article also makes the practical case for looking to negotiate to end the mounting deaths and to at least be able to begin rebuilding, but of course Western leadership plus Zelensky refuse to humor such notions at the expense of everyday Ukrainians.
