He documents that buses are coming in and picking up illegal aliens to transport them farther into the U.S. The buses are being run by Jewish Family Services.

I wonder if it's so Left leaning political parties (throughout the West, not just the USA) have new problems to campaign on to "solve." Bring in a large amount of underclass, rail against the rich who need to have more of their income redistributed. In the end the middle class picks up a lot of the slack. Create a problem, then caste themselves as the ones to "help" an enlarged, permanent underclass. Create more strife among the middle class who see their taxes going up, and then there's more intra class warfare, and more angst between the economic classes.

When these all inevitably happen they paint themselves as the saviors who care with lots of social welfare promised, while the centrists and meanies on the right need to be ostracized for their selfishness and privilege. No Juice conspiracy necessary. Increased class warfare for future votes and more importantly, power.
