That's about the same compared to the rest of the country. I think I paid around $80 the other day for around 5 pounds of salmon and cod. Seems like chicken and liquid egg whites are the best bang for your money for high protein. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

LOL @ that poverty chit from Costa Rica. Can get fresh locally caught tuna in SoCal also for around $35/LB.

Johnson eats 10 ounces of cod (along with two whole eggs and two cups of oatmeal) for his first meal of the day, and then follows that up with 8 ounces of cod (along with 12 ounces of sweet potato and one cup of veggies) as a second meal of the day.

Fish is Expensive AF at even half the price. I was buying Ribeyes and NY Strips for $9.99/pound. Now I got the high cholesterol and I got to switch to fish and I'm getting rapppped.

And my car insurance renewal just went up another 20% even though I barely drive and I have a clean record for 20 years. I'm getting hit from all sides.

Cod is super easy to digest, low calories and low fat. So it's essentially all protein. It's a great protein source to consume to stay shredded year round like he does. (Super Ded fkn Srs)

You don't need to eat fish every day to lower your cholesterol. You can still consume lean beef source such as London broil, filet and chuck. Or chicken. Skinless chicken thighs are good as fukk. If you had a crockpot, you could make pot roast with a lean piece of chuck and be good as well. You need to up your fiber intake, not drink alcohol, no refined sugar and take fish oil caps.
