Say, ˹O believers,˺ We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them. And to Allah we all submit.

I was a stud at 23; however the increased intelligence seemed to help me become better at skateboarding at 30 srs. I've always had incredible spatial awareness, but the increased understanding of physics gave me a big boost.

Pure speed and explosiveness: 17-21
Best combination of strength and speed: 26-33
Best strength 34-39

Now meds can push back those ages, but that is probably a good number for real nattys.

depends when you actually start taking it srsly. if you've done the sport since early teens then 25-28 ish i'd guess. if you start at 25 you'll obvs not hit your peak till later but it wont be as best you could of been.

A lot of it depends on genetics, previous injuries, etc.

I'd probably argue mid 20s is most athletic time for a man. Late 30s-early 40s is probably peak strength.

Obviously most dudes let themself go by early 20s and never reach full potential.

I vote 23. That's why Michael Jordan wore 23. Always at peak athleticism compared to everyone else.

I was a late bloomer, but looking back, I would genuinely say 18-24 is the prime time for complete athleticism.

I look back playing highschool and college soccer and I noticed I was basically unstoppable during that time physically. What I mean is that I could do anything physically and be okay. If I got injured I was back within a week. I rarely got injured. I could do a full field sprint at an instant without a warm up. I could cut on a dime, put my body through 5 hours of physical torture a day, and my body could handle it without crumbling. I could dunk without practicing it, I was absurdly agile despite being a little taller, and everything else associated with athleticism.

It was around 25 when I realized my body started to not recover as quickly. Knee pain, tightness, and hip pain caught up. I was still all the things above but it wasn't as freely available. I had to warm up a bit more. My diet had to be more in tune. I couldn't show up to play 2 back to back high level indoor games on 2 uncrustables and a gatorade.

I think ages 25-28/30 are your peak in terms of a mix of athleticism and ability overall. But ages 18-24 range are the peak in terms of pure athleticism.

I'm 32 now and still feel extremely athletic and am actually much more mobile now that the past several years, but I can tell I don't quite have that top end athleticism anymore.
