When it comes to Chilli con queso do you prefer yellow or white

Cheese?

Any make.homemade salsa .

Tomatoes
Fresh jalapeños
Cilantro
Fresh garlic.

Can make a week's supply for almost nothing if you have food processor or blender

Depends. Easy.. .yellow, sharp cheddar.

For more unique, queso fresca or queso blanco. I like the taste, but normally don't have it on hand.
