How to create legal alternate live streams (e.g. fight)

AI.

Got this idea from a post on the Dillon Logan thread.

So the stream gen AI is watching the live stream. It recreates exactly what is happening in the scene, punch for punch, but its output is totally artificial. So a cartoon like scene, with robots or monkeys, or busty bikini girls etc.

I know Chinese news sites on YT have done similar stuff, but that's all created after the event. The AI is doing this in real time and streaming with next to no delay.

BTW IANAL. Obviously this would be challenged.

I see.

The new work could, in appearance, be totally different to the original. They could set the fight on the moon, with robots. So it would be the sequence of actions that would have to be considered still derivative. If the judge took the context into account, the fight is a sequence of actions, and the live broadcast of that being lucrative, it would probably be considered in violation.
