Who’s the last great talent/prospect that’s moved up from NXT?
There’s seemingly been nobody in recent memory. None of the chicks have done much on the main roster. They just get called up then have their hair dyed like every other woman and do stupid backstage segments in groups to protect them. As for guys, who?
Current NXT roster… Bron still looks green with his selling and uncomfortable on the stick. Looks like a bit of a ways to go. Carmelo is alright but he’s small and his ceiling looks like mid card act. Dragunov is small and foreign. Not a good combo when looking at possible top guys.
Where are the prospects and recent successful call-ups, and why has this gone downhill since Triple H gave HBK more control over it? Maybe Shawn needs to be born again another time, and by that, be born to develop talent. They’d be better off bringing Cornette in to run the show.

You kinda have a point. Maybe Rhea? But how long ago was that? If NXT relied on its own merit, they wouldn't need to send wrestlers from the current main RAW and SD rosters to give it credibility.
