Sunday Night MOGGER Chicken Dinner/10 (Pics)

-Chicken thighs with white wine creamy mushroom sauce (white wine, heavy cream, chicken stock) with salt, pepper, garlic, shallots, thyme, bay leaf, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and parsley. Topped with fontina cheese
-Roasted purple sweet potato
-Roasted Honeynut squash seasoned with melted butter, salt, cinnamon, and a little bit of clove and brown sugar
-My nips are hard after this one boyos. Was extremely easy to make such a mogger chicken dinner.

I found them at Whole Foods. They have a ton of them now so I picked up quite a few. Actually taste pretty fooking good.

The chicken itself with some rice would be fine breh. Looks great!

I just finished making a chickpea curry for meal prep - with tons of spinach tossed in, some tahini. Will have it with turmeric rice all week.

thank you for using chicken thighs. Chicken breasts are overrated and 9 times out of 10 you have to throw the entire pantry of spices into the pan to give it a any semblance of flavor.

Def try it. You can look it up on youtube too and I'm sure there are a bunch of videos with a similar sauce. Just type in like white wine sauce and chicken.

Yea I'm kind of keto right now so my only carbs lately have been from potato or sweet potato with dinner. A lot of times though I do make some tumeric rice or Afghani rice with carrots/raisins and all their spices.

Mirin curry brah. Sounds so good. I need to learn how to make a good curry.

Oh yea I almost never use chicken breasts. Chicken thighs are far superior and they're so hard to overcook.

I'll only ever use chicken breasts if I halve them and pound them thin to make cutlets or the rare time I feel like stressing myself out failing at making a good chicken kiev
