It is so weird that people fraud about it lol. There are a few videos on YT of someone going around asking guys their height and then busting out a tape measure and so many dudes lie about it.

They give me 72" as my height every flight physical (bare foot) I have had when I was in the service. That's 6', but what I actually am is 71.6+" and they round up. I just claim 5'11"

If you are over 5'6 that's 6 feet tall. That's just how math works. You hit over half the fraction and you round up to the next whole unit.
If someone calls you out on it, it just shows how they don't even have a 3rd grade education.

Needs to be put into context though. Caesar, Jesus and napoleon were pretty tall for their time (despite the british propaganda calling napoleon a manlet lol)

Also:

Demetrius the besieger: over 6 foot
Charlemagne: between 5'11 and 6'4

I'm 5'7 and actually lie in reverse and tell people I'm 5'5 to make other dudes feel insecure about their height. It ironically amounts to people overestimating my height, which is pretty hilarious.

Real talk though, I never understood why my fellow short dudes lie about their height. It's not like she won't find out anyway and if it's a problem for her, it's going to be a problem no matter what and you just need to move on.
