What do you prefer to make at home compared to buying at a restaurant.

Italian
Mexican?

Indian food is my favorite but that much like Chinese is not easy to make at home. Not for me anyways.

dont know about indian but normal chinese food is really easy to make.just make a soy sauce slurry with stir fried meat and veggies.dont get much easier than that
