I travel a lot, and also have sex with a lot of girls while traveling. But I wouldn't consider myself a passport bro, because I mainly travel to party and meet people and experience the culture.

But I've seen a ton of guys who are in places like Medellin and Cartagena who are clearly there only to have sex with girls(and likely can't get much back home). These are passport bros.
