Any full body dumbbell workouts recommendations?(Reps)(Srs)

Any one have any routines (Full body or maybe PPL) they’ve liked they can link to? (For a dumbbell and bench.)

I would try hunting for p90x videos

I remember it was dumbbells only but also a doorframe pull up bar for all the videos

why even lift when you cant use panatta and atlantis machines

This is my most recent workout:

Dumbbell Goblet Squats
35x30x30

Dumbbell Stiff Leg Hamstring Deadlift
35x25x25

Dumbbell Floor Press
35x35x35

Bent-Over Two Dumbbell Row
35x30x30

Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
35x15x15

Dumbbell Side Lateral Raise
35x25x25

Bent Over Rear Delt Raise
35x15x15

Dumbbell Upright Rows (trapezius)
35x15x15

Dumbbell 2-Arm Triceps Extension
35x40x40

Dumbbell Concentration Curls
35x15x15

Dumbbell Hammer Curls
35x15x15

This should work all the major muscle groups
Exercise will get you through times of ill health better than no exercise will get you through times of good health.
