So the cop just escalated the situation for no reason?

Just pick up the can and throw it away and go about your day.

Just like cops let people go 5-10 above the speed limit a LOT, they can let small things like that go...

But nope, racist cop had an ego trip...

It's not even about that

They had no self-relfection and said "sorry officer, I didn't mean to" or no remorse...instead they threw the can at the officer think that is normal behavior

You can't always gl by what you see in these videos without knowing the background to it. Maybe the cop has a history with these young punks and maybe they have a history of acting up and starting trouble.

Could that be the case? Sure. Maybe the cop was a racist and was just being a duck. Is that possible? Sure.

Bottom line is when you aren't privy to facts about a situation making assumptions do nothing but make an azz out of everyone.

Cop should make a stop at their mom's house and arrest her too. You produce children and set them lose in public, you are responsible for them until they are 18. This crap would stop, I can bet you that. Make the parents suffer for the kid's actions and watch this stuff change.
