Why does godfred lie about being fat (srs)?

His older posts from a decade ago show hes been 300lbs amd has never gotten lower than that.

His posts also talk about him having blood pressure issues because of this.

But apparently hes "fixed" these problems. Hoe can you fix your health issues if youre still a fat pos?

Hes also uses gear, proven by his prior posts, then lies and said he never did because he was scared of needles lol.

He posted a face pic with a man face and a fat obsese ugly face.

Why does he lie about being fat and not being able to lose weight?
