Is this 1/2 million dollar property a good deal?

Thinking of copping this dope crib, only 500k with nearly 6% rate. What do you think misc? Good place to raise a family?

A trailer in BFE? The answer is no. That property will be worth $50k in 3 years. That land literally has zero value.

I know people are going to chit on it, but the area looks beautiful and peaceful. If it's just you, a 2b/1Ba house could work. Inside of house looks remodeled. 499 seems steep even in beaverbucks, see if you can talk them down some.

It's a well diguised trailer, land is on the small side, shop is OK but not that great. There's got to be better deals out there than that.
