How does everyone cope with watching Tik Tok all day? I feel like my entire future is just short form content. It's frying my brain.

Daily tik tok use to the extent you are talking about has the exact same effect on the brain as alcohol/drugs/compulsive shopping/gambling/porn/beautiful women/fast food/dogs
