Tom Brady says if you could go back time he would tell himself "he wouldn't workout"
He claims he wouldn't workout as much because it got him too heavy, and he lost mobility and speed as an athlete and couldn't recover. it kept him healthy.
More proof that working out is the most overrated thing.
Going to the gym is DETRIMENTAL to someone. It's not healthy.

WRONG!
Maybe avoid hypertrophy, but everybody's needs are different.
If at quarterback you're too small and you're likely to get lit up by different linebackers cause your O-Line sucks, you better put on some weight.
If you are a running quarterback then maybe you want to keep your speed, but you better build up certain parts where you're prone to injury cause you're going to get hit a lot more.
Either way, hypertrophy isn't the only way.
You can lift for strength and even speed/explosiveness.
Maybe avoid hypertrophy, but everybody's needs are different.

we all seen that Rich Piana video where hes gas'ed out nearly having a heart attack after 20 seconds of play time. lol at people looking up to him. big muscles doesnt mean youre fit. athleticism is way more important.
