Definitely take your time and work up slowly.....especially if you're going from no running to this schedule.

I get a wild hair every few months and decided to jump back into running.....but I always go hard too soon.....and a couple weeks in my knees hurt, my ankles hurt, last time I effed up my Achilles.

Just dont be in a hurry.

Last time I did it I hadnt run in almost a year.....1st time mile was 10:17, 2nd run was mid 9's 3rd was high 8's, blah blah.....got up at 5am to run one morning and was trying for a 5 minute mile and about 2 minutes in I effed up my Achilles and havent run since.....that was about 4 months ago.

Used to run all the time in HS and college...consistent mid-high 5 minute miles (im 6'6)............but moral of the story......just ease into it.
