No excuses, I was real fat at one point and if you could see my real avatar picture natty(which is true) you'd understand how I feel


What's even crazier is hopefully I can get that Lean again this summer but almost 40lbs heavier lol, completely natty

Was about 165-170(doing a ton of cardio) in that picture, currently my weight hovers around 216-220, and that was only a cut from 180 to 170, true story

I have almost no body hair due to low test but even i was pretty bloated back in the day there is no reason high test hairy as fuk indian brahs can not build muscle
