Rebelling against Diversity - NOT attending this year's company Christmas charade

Boyos, so last year I was forced to attend a company Christmas party because it's mandatory for the leadership team while being optional for the pleb staff.

I thought I could just fly below the radar and duck out early, but muthaf/ckers at the C-Level turned the spotlight on me, handed me a mic and coerced me into giving an impromptu "thank you" speech for the plebs.

The worst part was I was coerced into saying something "nice" about the diversity hires. I gave some milquetoast talking point about how "we certainly appreciate the unique perspective you bring to the organization."

This was a year ago and I'm still feeling sour about it.

This year, I'm putting my foot down, NO MORE FORCED DIVERSITY. I'm done with this charade and I sure as hell ain't gonna give any more fake speeches praising Jamaal and Shannequa for their unique perspective.


I told the muthaf/ckers that I ain't attending and there's nothing they can do to change my mind.

You could just go and eat the free food/drinks, and say the same line you did last year. What's a few minutes/hours of theatre, versus what you've had to endure for longer?

It's at the Four Seasons, so yes, the food is good, and the company does have some sexy h0es on the roster that likes to dress skimpy at these events, BUT, I don't think I can subject myself to this indignation any longer.
