I eat Chipotle pretty much every day, and manage to lose weight. Haven't gotten tired of it yet after like a year.

IDK what's wrong with some of you but I could eat lasagna and stay lean no problem just by exercise.

What wrecks my physique is sugar/pop/energy drinks.

Lasagna is more than clean enough as long as rest of diet is relatively clean and you're still working out regularly.

Unless it's thin crust I really don't care much for pizza anymore unless I get a personal.pan or a small thing. Crusy when the meal is over I feel like chit and end up hating my self for eating it.

Definitely Chinese food, specifically twice cooked garlic chicken and fried rice.

Chipotle is fairly clean.

In other words Chipotle is a place where you can identify what exactly you're eating.

You get a burrito bowl and that's meat, beans, rice and vegetables, that's it.

Get a hamburger from Macas and yes it's a burger but who knows what and how many chemicals and preservatives in it.

Also what piece of naturally occurring food does a chicken nugget look like?

Chipotle is one of the healthiest options out there.

Good stuff here but if you use whole wheat shells everything in it is healthy. . Meat, complex carb shell, veggies, (avacado) (peppers) etc etc.

Not so much a cheat meal unless you pike it down with cheese and sour cream and eat 10 of them on flour shells
