Battle scenes were really good. Pacing was a bit meh. Fight battle...fuk Josephine...skip 4 years...Fight battle...fuk Josephine...skip 5 years...
Really it would have made better sense if it was 6 hours, but no one would sit thru that.

Definitely worth seeing in the theater as long as you have an attention span. I'd really rather see more movies like this succeed instead of that woke recycled superhero crap.

something like napolean should be a tv show. it's pretty ridiculous to cram it all into a movie. but theyll make it woke like make him a black woman thats the problem

It's not good. Very mid. Theres barely a narrative to the whole movie and the scenes/battles just kinda happen randomly. Its like reading a wikipedia article and just skimming from battle to battle.

Disappointing/10

Very poor entry from Ridley Scott, not even close to the best movies he has done.


Phoenix was ok, still don't know why people say he's such a great actor though.

You have to already know and i mean really really know napoleon to get it.

Otherwise, there is no explanation for anything. No story arc. No heros quest. It's like a series of twenty individual 4 minute snapshots of different things and napoleon is in it

That sounds like oppenheimer, which was the first movie I ever walked out on

It seems like some of the movies these days are being made for the attention span of zoomers/tik tokkers

Over 15,000 extras for epic battle scenes and steiger is top 20 actors of all time

.no cgi and quality dialogue
