Im Gonna Create A Company Where ALL Staff Work 3 Days A Week

I’m gonna create an organisation where staff are only required to work a 3 day working, they do three 12 hour shifts and it’s gonna have respectable salaries

Break time is only 15 minutes for those 12 hours, but you can eat at desk if you’re an officecel

Again, Salary will still be respectable/competitive with other organisations, and I will pay for employees travels up to a 10 mile radius (for use of bus/train). But in those 3 days they have to work their asses off

Would you work there? No slacking whatsoever. It’s 3 days of gruesome competitive hard work and then you have 4 days free

Won't work. People are generating productive work for about 2-3 hours of the 8 hour work day

Maybe if you did two six hour shifts 3 days a week.

Sounds like a really horrible slave labor part time job. Would rather pretend to work in full time remote job while gaming, watching tv or sleeping at home
