Do you feel you're adequately compensated for your work?

Do you only work 20 hrs and get paid 40 and feel like you're stealing $$

Or do you work hard for your check and feel like you should be getting more?

I see how much the company makes off my work and often I feel like I'm getting fukd over. Now in a management role I see it in real numbers. Thinking more and more about going into business for myself.

If that's true why do you feel the need to rub it in on everyone? Don't act like you are smart or had some skill because the reality is you put your money into something very volatile and lucked out when in reality, more people lost than gained. Your attitude to join date tells me you are BSing.
