My portion of the rent is upwards of $900 although it varies by month due to utilities.

$1750, 2/1 1100 sqft, living alone. Closer to $1800 actually due to pet fee + valet fee.

If I was in my old college setup, living with random roommates but having my own bedroom, it would be $850, and the other bills would be 1/3 or less of current bills.

0, farm is paid off. I do pay about $3500 in property tax and another $350 for my irrigation water every year.
