Cleaned garage and attic this week (dumpster pic)

Went to get Christmas decorations on Friday and got so frustrated by how much junk was in my attic and garage. Ordered a dumpster, wife yelled at me because she "wanted a good weekend of decorating". Continued cleaning until today, 85-90% of stuff was wife's, about 10% was mine, mainly work stuff.

20yard dumpster 3tons $450 for 10 days. Filled it in two.
Filled half the guys trailer, $300 with labor.

The garage was double filled than picture, but I didn't take a before. The loft was during the cleaning. I still have some small things to clean up.

Total Cleaned:
Upper attic
Walk in attic
Garage
Sheds
Random stuff.

Americans buy and consume an insane amount of junk. Just a single one of the junk you threw out would be kept as an expensive family heirloom to be passed down by families in Africa.

You sound like my wife, except we are planning another child and she wanted to keep it. I told her we'd buy new stuff.

I started cleaning Friday, today is Tuesday. If I donated the stuff I'd be done in 2032. The time I spent not working wasn't worth the time to donate, I'm not a 70 year old retired cat lady.
