I've just been buying strip loin roasts on deal and butchering my own ny strips from it. I make them thicker so I can reverse sear them and it's extremely easy and tastes amazing while saving $3 a lb.
I'll usually have a potato or sweet potato with that made in a variety of ways and also pickles/sauteed vegetables and also fried eggs if I feel like it.
Lunch I just have grassfed beef patties from costco I cooked the night before with cheese and I'll have a little kimchee/sauerkraut/pickles.

Pound chicken breast to even thickness. Brine in buttermilk and pickle juice. Season with salt, celery salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill until breasts reach 156°F. Wrap in foil immediately and let rest for 5-10 mins. Slice chicken, wrap it in green leaf lettuce with honey mustard and sliced tomato.

Meals should be made up of a protein, carbs and veggies.
The carbs and veggies are simple. Potatoes, rice, just switch between the two. Veggies can be frozen or canned.
Now just add the meat.
Repeat this and you can basically have endless combinations.

"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

Take a 2 inch ribeye, and put it on lump charcoal. Take off at 120 internal. Salt, pepper. garlic rosemary optional.
Another option is stick a salmon fillet into an oven at 350 for 10 minutes or until 130 internal., salt, pepper, lemon! Garlic.
Or take 8 eggs and scramble them on cast iron skillet with salted butter.
Eat any of the above with salad with avocado and berries.
FOOK!

I’ve been making:
Chicken breast on everything bagel thins(lower calorie than the full sized bagels) with cheese and spinach.
Or
Broccoli, wild rice and chicken bowl
Air fry chicken. Rest of the stuff is microwave. Easy cook, clean and eat
