Another Bodybuilder Dies

Alfredo Martín (30 years old), bodybuilder and trainer, gained 121,000 followers on Instagram and thousands of other users on YouTube with his videos on tricks to gain muscle mass. On his channels, the bodybuilder openly defended the use of anabolics and steroids, assuming the harmful effects of these techniques.



Alfredo Martín, bodybuilder known as Villano Fitness and Héroe Fitness, on social networks, died this Monday, as confirmed a few minutes ago by his partner Vera Schroeder, through her social networks. At the moment, the causes of the death of the athlete and trainer, famous on social networks for defending the use of chemicals to improve muscular performance, have not been revealed.



Martín had admitted on more than one occasion that he had been taking steroids since he was 25 and "was healthy", although he added "I have testicular atrophy, alopecia, cholesterol, I have my heart and kidneys checked because it is harmful to them and I know I have a risk." heart attack... But hey, I'm healthy," he said through his Instagram stories.

The amount of kids that I've seen talk about/take tren blows my mind. That is such a powerful drug, and its basically a meme now. I talked a 19yr old out of a gram of test and 700mg of tren a week about 5 years ago. It was such an absurd amount of gear but some retard at the same gym told him that was a good start dosage so you really feel it

They took about 1/20th of what regular people take today.

Arnold got that big on basically just Deca and test - and it wasn't even close to what pros take today. He did 100mg of Test and 15mg of deca a day.

Big Ramy takes 50x that in test ALONE per week plus a cocktail of others, including massive amounts of insulin and he does over 250mg of deca daily.
