If today is the first day you noticed it regressing then that means you have plenty of time to recover with fin/min. It will regrow some extent and then preserve from there. The problem is when you wait too long to go on fin because it can only regrow so much.

If it’s just starting to thin then you should look into starting fin. My buddy got to his thinning quick, hopped on oral fin and topical min and his hair is fine.

Try min first. If that fails add fin.

If you’re on PED, might be a challenge. Especially trensaurus - you can just forget it. If just TRT, you’re fine to use min/fin.

i still have good hair, its just thinning weirdly at the temples in a v shape.

Put it on at night wear a cap wash it in the a.m. do it for about 2 months and check back with us.

Been on min only since Jan 2014. Never noticed much regrowth.



Hopped on fin (.5mg a day) from September 2022 to September 2023. Noticed minor regrowth


Upped to 1mg a day in September 2023. Hair looks much better, maybe even back to 2014 levels.

gonna try the topical min/fin and see where that takes me. it seems like im still in the early stages on one side.
