Biblically, you cannot see God, since you'd just die - you can feel His presence though or see the result of His actions.

Depends on your religion - in the bible (OT) it says to 'not have any other gods before me' - so there are other gods, but they are lesser to the Most High God.

In fact during creation, when God made the Heavens He made the angelic beings which are non-physical entities capable of godly feats.

Worshipping them is idolatry though - in fact even consorting with such beings is forbidden, especially since the ones of the side of God won't interfere with human affairs and obey God.

The ones who idolators worship are the fallen angelic beings who rebelled against God and got cast out of Heaven and are now irate looking to ruin it for humanity which has a chance at redemption and joining the Most High in Heaven.
