My back is a LOT better actually. Thanks for asking! A year or so ago, i started stretching before workl because it takes me hours to loosen up. It definitely helped, but when i learned why my back hurts and what specific stretches to do, damn near everything changed. I still hurt a chit ton, but i have more control over it.
