Anyone doing cardio today?

Metabolism has been insane since I started doing 30min runs nonstop

Weather will be nice enough this afternoon for another 30 to 40 minute run

I didn’t have a real six pack until I started doing cardio and intermittent fasting. My str has gone down but no more joint pain.

Hit 45 on the bike (indoor trainer) for 200 watts. 550 cals burned. Was gonna run later today, but my Achilles and upper calf are still not healed where I want it to be

Yessir going to do some cross training on an arc trainer. 30-40min.
