That's me and I'm not joking (SRS).

I mean I haven't eat raw chicken in like 5 years, but eating the meat raw is how we're designed to eat it.

Stew them. Basically you cook it like braised beef. Takes while for them to get tender, and they are very gamey.

Boil them for a while then fry with butter, garlic and onions. Little salt/pep
