I just want to lay down and rot forever seriously

The best time of my life so far was definitely the period from 19-24 years old so 2012-2017.

My daily routine consisted of waking up at 10 am, jumping on misc while I had my oats.. Go get a monster workout in in an empty gym. I'd come back from gym and jump back on the misc while playing video games, watching movies or learning new skills or information. I was an open book, curious and inquisitive. I had no worries or responsibilities.

I am now 30, Married and earning 110k as an accountant. I consistently wonder why I am living this life and I struggle to wake up every day. I am subdued, passive and have little interests or passion in life. My day consists of working and then forcing mundane conversation with my wife about her day and then retreating to bed. I haven't gone to the gym in 3 years or been on this forum in 5.

I want to go back to watching YouTube videos on looksmaxxing, watching the delray misfits and spending 6-8 hours on the misc. 6
I appreciate well thought out subtle trolling.

better than my life. at least you have a job and a wife, assuming your wife cares about you.

I couldn't be an accountant, would get lazy and make too many errors.

Hey bro, you're depressed because you've settled with a mediocre wife and a mediocre career that you might not even enjoy.

I know these words are harsh, but trust me I want to help you.

You were lied to by society saying that a wife and a stable job is the American dream. In reality, you know deep inside that you had other dreams, but maybe because of fear, you settled.

Now, I'd urge you to use this time to reflect and realize, is what I'm saying true? Because obviously you aren't happy with the things that they said would make you content. Those are their standards, and their agenda, not your standards.

As a man, you will only be fulfilled when you grab yourself by the balls and pursue your vision and follow your principles no matter what they say.

Look man, it's never too late to turn things around. I don't mean ditch your wife if she respects you, but go for the things you wanted in a way that is rational and grounded in reality.
