I walked 7 miles this morning

I had an appointment 3.5 miles away from where I live, so I walked there. The appointment was at 9am, I left home at 7am and I got home at 10am. That’s 7 miles total, my calves feel like they could cramp up.

I’m not used to walking that kind of distance, but I’m in better shape now than when I tried this a year ago. I have a dog I have to walk multiple times daily and I got him a year ago. Last year I was wiped out for several days, but this time I’m handling it better.

Should I drink some BCAA’s?

I have these appointments once every three months, but the weather forecast said it would be raining starting at 9am, so I walked instead of taking the bicycle. When I ride there, I don’t have any issues
